Tokyo, March 17, 2026 — On March 20, Raelians will celebrate Happiness Day with even more fervor than ever.
In a recent address, Rael, spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement,
reminded us that “We should be laughing constantly. We are born to laugh.”
He added, “You shouldn’t be sorry for laughing, but you should be sorry
for being serious! Laughing is becoming like the Elohim—the scientists
who created us. The Elohim are laughing all the time, and they were
laughing when they created us.”
Rael explains that many of today’s conflicts arise from a complete
betrayal of the teachings of the prophets. He notes that certain
interpretations of Jewish scriptures promote the idea that the country
of Israel must be attacked by the whole world so that the Messiah can
guide the Jewish people and their God can intervene to save them in a
final battle. Some fundamentalist Christians hold a similar belief,
envisioning a worldwide conflict that will bring back Jesus and ensure
victory for Christians. Some Muslims also hold comparable apocalyptic
interpretations.
According to Rael, representatives of monotheistic religions are
actively promoting a war agenda at the highest levels, in complete

With the Petrocchi Commission's ruling, the Vatican definitively declared that women cannot access the ordained diaconate. This decision demonstrates a stubborn determination to uphold a male-dominated power structure.
"The irony is that this decision is presented as a choice of fidelity to tradition, when history confirms the exact opposite," says Marco Franceschini, national director of the Raelian Movement. "In fact, the first Christian communities employed deaconesses, women who performed real, not symbolic, ministerial functions. And historical research continues to uncover far more significant female roles than the Vatican admits.”
All this is happening at a time when institutions at all levels are recognizing the need to overcome patriarchal models, which often lead to violence. Evidently, the Catholic hierarchy prefers to remain entrenched in its archaic positions and perpetuate the oppression of one gender over the other.
"Within the Raelian Movement, it is not only perfectly normal but desirable to see women accessing the highest roles and holding positions equivalent to those of priests and bishops," Franceschini emphasizes. "Far from being inferior individuals subject to male authority, women bring those values generally inherent to the feminine experience, such as refinement, kindness, empathy, compassion, and listening, which constitute the most powerful deterrent to violence. In a world where human aggression toward one another and the environment has seriously threatened the very survival of humanity itself, sharing these values and elevating women to the top of society becomes a matter of absolute priority. International SexEd Day: The Raelian Movement celebrates 11 Years of advocacy for Sexuality Education as a fundamental Human Right
Geneva, November 20, 2025 — Marking the 11th edition of International SexEd Day, the Raelian Movement renews its global call for a bold and truly transformative vision of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE). Far more than a program aimed at disease prevention or moral restriction, the Raelian philosophy considers CSE an essential human right — a right rooted in pleasure, knowledge, and personal fulfillment.
